Visa applications for travel to Sudan. Requirements differ for Sudanese and non-Sudanese applicants.

Processing Time: Up to 10 business days when documents are complete

Sudanese applicants: completed and signed visa application form.
Sudanese applicants: two recent passport-size photographs.
Sudanese applicants: valid passport with at least six months remaining.
Sudanese applicants: copy of the Sudanese National Number Certificate.
Non-Sudanese applicants: completed and signed visa application form.
Non-Sudanese applicants: two recent passport-size photographs.
Non-Sudanese applicants: valid passport with at least six months remaining.
Non-Sudanese applicants: copy of an entry document issued by the General Directorate of Passports and Immigration in Sudan.
Sponsor details, invitation letter, and sponsor Sudanese national ID or passport copy.
For Sudanese-origin foreign passport holders: proof of Sudanese nationality.
For tourists without Sudanese background: travel agent letter showing accommodation reservation details.
For business visa: sponsoring company letter and Ministry of Interior entry approval.

Applicants must apply on their own behalf in person or by mail.
Visa processing may take up to 10 working days when documents are complete.
Visa validity is two months from issue, and the stay period is two months from entry.
