Visa applications for travel to Sudan, including sponsor, travel-purpose, and passport requirements.

Requirements

• Completed and signed visa application form.
• Two recent passport-size photographs.
• Original passport valid for at least six months.
• Entry document issued by the General Directorate of Passports and Immigration in Sudan through the sponsor or guarantor.
• Sponsor details, invitation letter, and sponsor Sudanese national ID or passport copy.
• For Sudanese-origin foreign passport holders: proof of Sudanese nationality.
• For tourists without Sudanese background: travel agent letter showing accommodation reservation details.
• For business visa: sponsoring company letter and Ministry of Interior entry approval.

Important Notices

• Applicants must apply on their own behalf in person or by mail.
• Visa processing may take up to 10 working days when documents are complete.
• Visa validity is two months from issue, and the stay period is two months from entry.
