Power of attorney and affidavit requests for Sudanese and non-Sudanese applicants.

Requirements

• Personal attendance, or a statutory declaration signed before a legal authority if attendance is not possible.
• Valid Sudanese passport or national ID copy for Sudanese applicants.
• Valid passport copy for non-Sudanese applicants.
• Required form or supporting details for the power of attorney or affidavit.
• Prepaid return envelope with full address.
